Service and warranty

Advanced Systems Baltic OU provides support, service and repair works for the equipment by Advanced Control, Fuji Electric, Hakko Electronics, Hitachi, Keydo Electronics, and Vivitek.

Technical support:

Within the equipment technical support program, Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ offers technical consulting, equipment selection according to customer’s requirements, equipment arrangement at the design stage, assistance in adjusting the equipment without advisor’s presence.
When specialist's visiting the site is necessary to provide diagnosing, repair, field supervision and company personnel training, within the European Union, this work is performed by representatives of the equipment manufacturer under preliminary agreement with Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ.

Warranty repair:

The equipment’s warranty repair is performed by the manufacturer company. The manufacturer company ensures free diagnosing, repair or replacement of the equipment in compliance with its warranty terms and warranty service procedure. In case of equipment malfunctioning or failure, please contact an authorized service organization or the manufacturer's support service. Such information of the warranty terms, the warranty service procedure and the contact details for each manufacturer is in "Warranty terms" section.

Service maintenance and non-warranty repair

Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ offers a full range of the services for technical consulting and assistance in repairing the equipment when a user can not claim for the manufacturer’s warranty: product’s warranty period is expired; the case is not covered by the warranty due to incorrect equipment operation; equipment is not designed for operation on the markets of EU, Russia, CIS countries; equipment is supplied as a part of production lines or as a component of equipment by a third-party manufacturer. If the equipment’s malfunction or failure are detected, please fill in the Reclamation form and send it to Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ’s technical department by fax or E-mail.
