Launch of New FRENIC-MEGA-Servo

Dear Partners,

We’re glad to inform you that a new version of existing FRENIC-MEGA is already available. It is called
FRENIC-MEGA-Servo.

Main new features are:

• Able to drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor or Induction Motor
  (Both in closed loop).
• Point to point positioning function and Master-Slave (synchronous) operation.
• Customizable Logic (10 steps PLC function).
• Fieldbus options: PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen, DeviceNet, EhterNet IP, SX-Bus.
• Several Feedback devices can be used (ABZ encoder, FA coder, Resolver,…).
• From 0.4 kW to 220 kW (FRN###G1E-4EAQ).
• Built-in Braking Transistor units available from 30 kW to 160 kW (FRN###G1E-4EBQ).
