Fuji Electric NDIR CO2 controller is deal to monitor CO2 in the air.

The ZFP9, non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer, is suitable for CO2 concentration measurement in the air. Air analysis is performed using a non-dispersive infrared sensor (NDIR sensor). It allows ZFP9 to accurately measure CO2 concentration. The measured value is displayed directly on the indicator and is sent to the analog output (4 to 20mA) which is included in the standard model. Thanks to its alarm functions (high and low limit) as standard, it can also be used as a controller.

This analyzer is particularly suitable for measuring CO2 concentration in horticultural greenhouses where CO2 level control is essential to ensure better crop efficiency. Other applications: CO2 measurement in building ventilation systems, CA (Controlled Atmosphere) storage facilities etc.

Specifications.

Note: Linear ouput is available only for 0 to 0.2% range,4 to 20mA DC or 0 to 100 mV DC.

Alarm function.
- Alarm setting range: 0 to 100% FS
- Setting method: set value display on indicator with internal upper/lower limit setting VR's
- Output: relay contact (2 × 1c), 250V AC, 3A, or 30V DC, 3A (resistive load)
- Alarm hysteresis width: ±4% of scale length (at 50% FS)
- Indication: upper limit indicator lamp (red) lights up when CO2 concentration exceeds upper limit, lower limit indicator lamp (red) lights up when CO2 concentration is below the lower limit.
